October Scratch & Win 2026: terms and conditions

1. Promoter. The promoter is Tomsem Consolidated Pty Ltd (ABN 99 133 458 774), trading as PhotobookShop, of 43 Lakeside Avenue, Reservoir VIC 3073 ("we", "us"). Contact us at smile@photobookshop.com.au.

2. Promotion period. The promotion covers orders placed from 12:00am AEST on Sunday 4 October 2026 until 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday 31 October 2026 (Melbourne time).

3. Who can take part. The promotion is open to residents of Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania who order at photobookshop.com.au during the promotion period. Residents of New South Wales, South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory aren't eligible, and a card they receive isn't valid for a prize. Our employees and their immediate families aren't eligible either.

4. How it works. Every order placed during the promotion period comes with one Scratch & Win card, while stocks last. That's one card per order, whatever its size or value, with no separate entry and nothing extra to pay. If you order during the period and it ships after it ends, you still get a card.

5. Prizes. Each card's prize is decided in advance and printed under its scratch panel, along with a unique code. Prizes include free products and money-off discounts. Prizes on cards that aren't handed out won't be awarded.

6. Product prizes. A product prize is the product named on the card, in its standard size and spec. Extra pages and upgrades cost the normal price, and so does delivery.

7. Money-off prizes. A money-off prize takes the amount or percentage shown on the card off the product total of one order, up to any maximum the card shows. It doesn't apply to delivery or other extra charges, and unused value isn't refunded or carried over.

8. Claiming. Add your prize to your cart at photobookshop.com.au and enter the code at checkout. Each code works once, on one order. Codes expire at 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 31 December 2026, and any prize not claimed by then is forfeited.

9. Discount code rules. Prize codes are Discount Codes under clause 8 of our Terms of Service, which also apply. That means one Discount Code per order, and they don't work with Gift Vouchers.

10. Swaps and cash. Prizes aren't exchangeable for cash or credit. If a prize product becomes unavailable, we may replace it with one of equal or greater value.

11. Cards and records. If the prize printed on a card doesn't match our records for its code, for example after a printing error, our records decide the prize. Cards that have been altered, copied or tampered with are void. We aren't responsible for cards lost or damaged in transit.

12. Fair play. We may disqualify anyone who interferes with the promotion or acts fraudulently. If something outside our control affects the promotion, we may change, suspend or end it.

13. Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

14. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
